Welcome to the Hunting Creek Farms Community

This website is sponsored by the Hunting Creek Farms Homeowners Association with the goal of increasing communication within our community and improving the quality of life in our neighborhood. A rural gem in fast-growing unincorporated Southeastern Richland County, Hunting Creek Farms is an equestrian's dream. The community boasts interior bridle paths, paved roads, and close proximity to shopping.  Two acre properties are intertwined with enticing equestrian trails. Hunting Creek Farms Homeowners Association consists of all owners of lots within this planned residential development. The covenants, conditions and restrictions of the Association were established to enhance and protect the value, desirability and attractiveness of the properties and common areas.
